What is the Black application process?
Black membership is by application to ensure we can deliver VIP-level service to every member. We review applications within 48 hours and consider travel frequency, preferences, and desired destinations.
Do member-only rates stack with loyalty programs?
Our member rates are negotiated directly with hotels and are separate from hotel loyalty programs. You can still earn and redeem loyalty points when booking through SEA Hotel.
How does the AI Concierge work?
